1. How do I receive work?

Firstly, you must be live on the network and available to be selected for tasks in Croud Control.

When a task is delegated to you by our in house teams, you'll receive an email notification detailing the brief, the task deadline, and the hours associated with the task. You'll then be able to accept or decline the work based on your availability. Please be aware that when you are live in the system, tasks will be delegated when it is available.

There's no problem at all if you can't accept a task - you control your own workload - but declining work quickly allows us time to re-allocate the work to someone else and still meet the client's’ deadline.

2. If I don’t understand the brief, who should I speak to?

You should contact the job issuer ASAP through the internal note system within the job. The internal note system is located at the bottom of the job page. When the note is sent, an email is then sent to the job issuer and they are notified about your issue.

3. Do I have to meet the deadline?

Yes. You should aim to hit every deadline you agree to take on. It is important that you meet deadlines because we need to meet client deadlines.

4. What if I'm going to miss a deadline?

If you can't meet the deadline set for a task, please let the task owner know at the earliest possible point or decline the work.

5. I’ve submitted work which hasn't been approved yet. What's the next step?

All jobs will be completed by the in-house teams before the end of the month their deadline is in. Croud aims to approve tasks within 7 days of submitting.

6. I’ve not received feedback for my work. Who should I speak to?

Your first point of contact should be your job issuer. If you don't receive any feedback from them, please email croudsupport@croud.com.

7. Can Croud guarantee hours?

We cannot guarantee that you will receive a certain number of hours. Work is available on a 'first-come, first served' basis, so we recommend that you actively monitor your emails for available work.
