Our tech platform Croud Control has the capability of assisting our in-house teams in choosing the right Croudie for the right task, with the help of our 'Croudie Picker'. Your eligibility for work is determined by a combination of the information you provide on your profile, the ratings you have received for your past jobs including how often you meet deadlines. These factors determine your relevance for a job, and subsequently, your ranking within our 'Croudie Picker' which looks like this :




 

When picking Croudies, our teams also have a chance to expand each profile, in order to show more detailed information about each Croudie's experience. This is why updating your profile is essential - it gives you a chance to stand out, and increases your chances of being picked for relevant jobs. Here is an example of an expanded profile :


Here are the things you can do to increase your eligibility for work with your profile information:

  • Add an image (to help the in-house teams put a face to a name)
  • Fill out the 'About me' section (you have 1000 characters to add all of your previous experience including Channels and Clients you have previously worked on)
  • Let us know which country you are based in, as well as its timezone, and the languages you speak (Native and Fluent)
  • Upload a Portfolio, if relevant (URL to your writing or creative portfolio)
  • Link your LinkedIn profile URL
  • Name any Marketing Verticals you have experience working on


Any programs you successfully complete within the Croud Campus will automatically appear in the 'Qualified in' section of your profile.
