Before you can use platform credentials on tasks, you will need to add and verify your mobile phone number in your profile. 

You will not receive calls or spam messages by adding your phone number to your account. This is purely for you to be able to access clients' accounts.

Follow this 3-step process to verify your phone number:


Step 1

Navigate to the mobile number section on ‘My Profile’ and click ‘Add’. Add your phone number, including the area code, and click ‘Verify Number’.



Step 2

You will receive an SMS message with a 6-digit code to your mobile phone. If you don’t receive the code within a couple of minutes, click ‘Request a new verification code’.



Step 3

Enter the 6-digit code you receive and click ‘Confirm and Save’.



Once these steps are complete, your mobile number will be verified in your account, and you will be ready to access the information you require.
