Feedback:
When the task was delivered and approved, the job owner will leave a feedback on the task Timeline for future reference.
Star ratings:
When a task was delivered and approved by the job owner, they can also rate the provided work based on the quality of the work you submitted.
This rating then will be visible to you on your profile and for other project managers as well:
Ways of improving your rating:
- Ensure that the work submitted meets the client's specified standards
- Ask for feedback and a review to ensure the work is completed correctly
- Be communicative and respond to any queries and questions
- Make sure the task is completed before or by the set deadline
- Adapt to feedback
The job owners will give you the option to review a task before submitting and provide feedback, ensuring that you receive high ratings, however, please make sure you follow the instructions when completing a task.
