Full Time Employee Referral Scheme

If you can recommend anyone for any roles we have available on the website and the person gets the job, we'll pay you £300 GBP (provided they pass their 3-month probation). All they have to do is refer your name in their covering letter, which they must provide with their CV to talent@croud.com.

Croudie of the Month Award

Our Croudie Network is extremely important to the business, and the development of Croudies is important in helping us to secure their loyalty and passion.

A minimum of 2 Croudies each month are awarded a flight, hotel or restaurant booking up to the value of £300 to say thank you for their hard work. This is announced in the 'Croud Pleaser' - the monthly newsletter about everything Croud-related. 

This award is given to Croudies who have gone out of their way to produce excellent work. The Croudies are nominated by the full-time employees, and the Croudies with the most votes are awarded the bonus.

Croudie Referral Scheme

We’re looking for more Croudies to join the Network. For every sign-up you recommend, you'll receive £50 GBP. The new Croudie must complete onboarding and at least 10 hours of work.

The Croudie will need to quote your Croudie code and name in the onboarding form when signing up. If they don't do this, you won't receive the £50 (GBP).
