All communications will now take place on the task timeline in Croud Control. This is so we can monitor the communications to and from Croudies who are working on the task (or have previously been working on the task). This method means communications aren’t lost through email, hangouts or over the phone.

Posting a message to a Croudie

To message other Croudies on a task, select all and type the message that you would like to send in the message box and upload any files needed. 

Posting a message to the job owner

You can message the job owner directly by selecting the name of the job owner. This will privately post a message to the job owner. Only you and the job owner will be able to view this message on your timeline.

Please refrain from using email or Google to communicate about a task.
