If you need access to Google Drive documents/folders, direct client account access, Looker Studio reports or Datorama to complete a task, these will now be shared with you via your croud.network account

You should not be granted access to the above with your personal email address.

This is a Google account created in the following format: [firstname].[lastname]@croud.network

If you don't already know your croud.network account login details when you receive a task needing this access, please email the Access team at access@croud.com and we will provide you with this information. Please do not request your croud.network account details unless you have open tasks requiring this access.

Please note that the access team will email you via your personal email address once we have granted your croud.network account access to the required documents. Access will be granted as soon as possible, but can take up to 4 working hours after you have accepted the task.

The below platforms can still be accessed with your personal email address:

LastPass accounts will still be set up with your personal email address. This is due to the need for an email inbox to be permanently active.

Your Control Control account will also still be set up with your personal email address.
