Once you accept a task, you'll be able to see the platform 'Credentials' just underneath the time and cost allocation. This will show you what credentials have been granted for this task as well as any other additional aaccess you may require (i.e. LastPass access).

In order to access the credentials, you simply need to click on the 'View credentials' link. This will then display the credentials you require in a sidebar, as well as a link to the official platform.

How do you sign into the platform?

Begin by opening the provided link to the platform in a new incognito window. This will bring you to the login page, where you can copy and paste the credentials provided into the respective boxes. Then click 'Next'.

Once the account asks for a verification code click on 'Cancel' and 'Try another way'. Choose the option 'Use one of your 8 digit back up codes'.

The code will be sent via an SMS text message to your mobile phone. You may also find that these codes are sent to your email address instead.
