The 'Additional Access' box can be found just under the Access to Platforms box and is a place where Croud employees can add a message to the Access team letting them know any additional access Croudies need in order to complete their tasks. This will automatically trigger a notification to access@croud.com when a Croudie accepts the task. 

Additional access is granted to Datorama, Google Drive documents or Folders, and/or LastPass shared logins. 


The 'Additional Access' box will only become visible when a Croudie accepts a task and if an FTE has added any details to it. 

In the above example, the Croud employee has requested that the Croudie gain access to a LastPass shared login, Datorama client dashboard, and Google Drive Shared Folder. 


The same information contained within the 'Additional Access' box should also be within the brief to ensure the Croudie knows where to complete the work assigned to them. 


Please note that the access team will grant Drive and Datorama access via the Croudie's croud.network account and LastPass via the Croudie's personal email account. All access requests are processed within 4 working hours.
