The 'task credentials' feature is an automated service within Croud Control that allows our in-house teams to grant Croudies access to Google and Microsoft platforms. Our task credentials feature removes the need to share private credentials via spreadsheets, email, or LastPass - making it more secure.

When a Croudie accepts a task and it requires access to a Google or Microsoft platform to complete it an account is activated with a fresh set of credentials and the below will appear on the right-hand side corner of the dashboard. 

Task credentials are only available to the Croudie for the duration of the task. In order to access these credentials, a one-time verification code is sent to the Croudie's mobile number. In order for this to happen Croudies need to ensure that they verify a valid mobile phone number within their profile. 

Once the task is completed in Croud Control, the login is suspended and the password and one-time verification code are changed.
